My little brother Landon called me up today and wanted to take Carter duck hunting. Landon is a little jealous of Carters Camo clothes compared to his.

They were gone for maybe 30 minutes and Carter called me freaking out cause the shoot two! He could not wait to come and show me. They are really beautiful ducks. Thanks for taking him Landon!!!

Jason Cousin Bryce shot a great looking elk this last weekend up on the hunting club. the body on this elk was HUGE! I feel bad that I didnt get a good shot of the whole body. Great Job Bryce!

I need to make a post about our dog HOYT. He has passed away within the last couple of weeks. He had followed Carter and our neighbor Kayla across the road, and was hit by a car.(scares my heart, cause it could have been my little man that was hit.) The guy was going way to fast to even pay attention what was going on.

As much as Hoyt drove me crazy, he sure left his mark in my life.

He was such a good dog to Carter and Jason. He would follow Carter around everywhere. He was such a great watch dog. a little too good of one. I need to apologise to all of those that came in contact with him, and his terrifying bark. R.I.P HOYT! WE WILL MISS YOU!

Finally! here is the picture of our house after Jason, and Carter cut down the corn stalks for me.

Jason and I went to the doctors on Friday the 25th and found out that we are having another little man in our lives. You should have seen the look on jasons face! i dont think that his smile could have got any bigger. I knew that it was a boy all along. but it was great to find out for sure!
We are so excited for this new adventure in our lives.

Had a fun Labor Day weekend with the family. Watching the parade, and Jason in the Sham Battle. It is always so fun to enjoy the activities in you Home town.

Tonight we went to uncle Reeds Corn fields to get some corn for our front steps. carter was such a big helper. I was going to take a picture, but it got to dark to soon for a good one. It all turned out so cute. I know it is a little early for the fall decor. But I could not wait any longer.

We had such a fun weekend. Carter's babysitter Shaari had an end of summer party, with alot of water involved. Carter had so much fun.

Then on saturday, we had two diff. family parties. ONe on Jason's side. and ONe on mine.

Jason's family met at the bear bottoms slide. for a BBQ and fun on the slides. Dillon (carters cousin) was so nice to take carter down the big slide. but after about 5 times with dillon, he needed to do it by himself. WE could not pry him off the slide when it was time to go.

My family met at Hyrum Dam and went boating and another BBQ.

So I went to the doctor for the first time during this pregnancy yesterday. And Dr. did confirm that i am indeed farther along than we initially thought. Instead of 11 weeks. I am about 16 weeks. Baby is due Feb. 9th. I heard its heart beat for the first time too. that is always a wonderful moment. kinda brings a tear to your eye.
WE will keep you posted on all the upcoming exciting news about the family, and new member to be!

He was not a huge fan of the bull. It was a little scary for him.

We also had a lot of fun at the fair this weekend. carter loved the rodeo, and riding the rides with madi. We all had one heck of a weekend.

oh, by the way... the picture of my brother landons head, is the funniest story. Clayton and Landon were bunny hopping up the stairs. and landon did not notice a large rock hanging from the roof of the cave, and took it right to the top of the head. it was the funniest thing ever. Sorry Landon, but thanks for the good laugh!

sunday, we had a huge breakfast, and lunch, and then headed over to the lake. and had the time of our lives. at least carter did. and everyone that wanted to stick out the freezing cold water.

We had such a fun weekend. My parents got invited to Nolan Gunnells cabin in bear lake. It was so much fun. the cabin was beautiful. we got there saturday afternoon. and headed to minitonka cave. and walked through that. i was a little long for my little carter. I know you're not suppose to go to the bathroom in the cave. but carter couldnt hold it. and we were a half hour into the cave. there was no way we were going to make it out. so we stayed behind the group, and let him do his deed. Horrible i know. but memorable.

Landon, Kirsti, Jason, and I all went to the George Strait concert. It was so much fun. We got there a little early, so we decided to goof of and take a whole bunch of pictures. Thanks guys for going with us. it was so much fun.

By the way, Kirsti (my little brother Landon's Girlfriend) is leaving for collage in Wyoming in a few days... and I just wanted her to know that it has been so much fun getting to know her, and to see how happy the two of them make one another. Landon will miss her dearly. I wish her the best of luck at school, and hope to see her soon!

Carter Loves slip and slides. weather it is at Shaari's house with the friends, or at grandma's with madi. Carter is going to be so sad when summer is over!

I need to post so bad... the george strait concert! fun things we have done with carter.. etc. but once again i am having problems with my memory importer. dang thing hates me. so when i figure out what is going on, i will post the pictures. hope that all is well with everyone!

So the 4th of july is one of my favorite holidays!
Thursday night we went out on Hyrum dam and boated till dark, then we watch the fire works on the damn. it is so fun to watch them from there. luckely this year we didnt run out of gas!
Friday, we went bowling, get ice cream from charlie's and watch the logan fire works from the bowling parking lot. and beat traffic home.
Saturday, we went to my moms for a big breakfast and then head up to Hyrum for their 4th of jUly parade. After that we usually head over to my aunt Ganiva Crookstons and have a big barbaque, and then head back out on Hyrum Dam. But we decided to meet up with Jasons family in Bear Lake for the night, and come back home in the morning. It was such a busy weekend. But so much fun!

It has been a while since i have Blogged, but our dang puppy is chewing through EVERYTHING>Lamp cord, USB/PHOTO importer, Phone charger 2x, Im going crazy with this dog. good thing he is so cute.
We have had a wonderful 4th of July. so many fun pictures that i cant wait to put on my blog! i am going this weekend to by a new USB so i will post them asap!

Summer is here! it has been so long since i have updated. But here are some random pictures of Little Carter enjoying the summer.

Carter loves when jason puts the sprinkler under the tramp for him and lets him jump on it. jason was watering the yard yesterday, and was squirting Carter and Madi with the hose. they were having a ball! my mom said "Jason youre such a fun dad" and he is! He is so good with carter and all of the neighbor kids. Thanks Babe.

sunday we went fishing with Jason. even though it was pouring rain... it was nice to get out of the house again. Jason and carter didnt catch anything, but found this huge fish on the side of the river that carter kept poking with a stick. it was huge. then when the rain gave up a little, Jason took Carter on a ride on his little 3wheeler. Britt and I were laughing our butts off watching the two of them! thanks for being such a great dad jason! i love you!
