Our Christmas Holiday started out with us meeting at my parents. We played out in the field. Ate a wonderful lunch. And broke a pinata. and of coarse carter had to take his first swing and nailed Kiya right in the face. Carter and I felt horrible. sorry!!!

We opened presents with the family cause Ben and Amanda headed home that night for Santa to stop by their house. Carter got a fishing and bowling set. Jason got a drill accessory set. and i got a waffle iron. wonderful gifts!!  Amanda helped the Kids make these cute holiday crayons by melting old crayons in a cute cookie sheet. Very very cute. Thank you Everyone for all the great memories, and fun times! We love you!!!

Ice Fishing With Dad!!

Last Sunday Carter went Ice fishing with Jason for the first time on Hyrum Dam. I was so nervous to let him go. I HATE water. I didnt think that it was thick enough. But i let him go and he had a ball!!! They were out on the Dam for about 5 hours fishing. They only caught two. Carter cought the bigger one. and Jasons Is the smaller one on the pole. They Finally had to come home when Carter stuck his leg in the hole and was wet up to his hip! Little Scary!

GINGER BREAD MEN!!

 

Wednesday Night my mom and I got together and made Rum balls (my Holiday Favorite!!!)
                - NOTE: It is possible to have too many!
We also mixed together some Gingerbread men dough. Yesterday carter and I decorated our family men! (The small one is the baby.) Carter said I had to eat that one too so that the baby can eat it!
Once again it is so nice to be able to stay home with him and make these memories!

 

After the Lights we went swimming at little America. My cousin Mitch and My younger brothers swam with Carter. But If they werent around he would still jump in the water and pull himself out... over and over and over again.

I thank My Grandma Marilyn and my parents for such a fun weekend and keeping the traditions alive and going for all of their grandkids.

After the movie we headed over to temple square. and walked through all the lights. My younger brother Clayton was such a great help with Carter. I cant carry him anymore. and Jason was all carried out. He is such a great Guy (and single!!!) Thanks Clayton.

We got down to Salt Lake a little early. and headed over to Gateway mall. Jason had never been there. We only stopped by a couple of stores. Heaven forbid Carter sleep on the way down there. And he was ready for a nap! We went back to the Car and before we got out on the road he was out.
We just went and parked and let him sleep cause we were meeting my family at the IMAX theater for a movie.

 

Busy weekend

It started out with us stopping by the Wellsville fire station to see Santa!

Carter is so funny he is scared of Santa. But I made him sit on his lap this year!

Before we got there he was saying that he just wanted to look at him, and that he would sit on his lap next year. But I mentioned that Santa wont bring him any toys cause he doesnt know what he wants.

He told Santa that He wants decoys and walkie talkies.

Our very own Elton John!!!

We went over to Cort and Robins house last night and watched the biggest loser.

Carter put on Cambree's sunglasses. and i swear he looked just like Elton John. It was so funny!!!

Carter is so funny. He use to carry a little blue bear around EVERYWHERE! and The day that we brought Tank home, the bear was GONE! Tank is his new bear. Last night I was finishing up with the dishes, and thought to myself "its a little too quiet" Turning around i had to laugh out loud, and grab a camera. When carter gets tired, he will go lay by tank on the floor, and rub his fat face. usually i move them to the couch cause i hate carter laying on the floor, and in the dogs bed. But it all happened to fast last night.

Jason is such a great dad! Before Carter could find the stash of Gifts, I asked Jason to get him out of the house today so i could wrap! He took him sleigh riding at the gravel pits. Carter had so much fun. Jason said he wouldn't be able to wipe the rosy smile off carters face if he tried.

SNOW!!

It has been a while since my last post. But i couldnt pass up not having a comment on Thanksgiving!!!
This year We went with the Garrett/Bailey Side. and Had a wonderful dinner over at Reeds. For some reason, I thought I would go all out and bring  a Turkey, Jello salad and Homemade rolls this year for the dinner. What was i thinking!!! But it all got done, nothing was burnt, and there was a smile on everyones face at the table. So it was worth it!
When We have Thanksgiving at my moms we usually go around the table, and share what we are greatful for this past year... and I didnt get a chance to do it, so i will now!

*Im greatful for my Husband. He has always been so great with Carter, and My TENAYA MOMENTS. I have not been the easiest person to be around during this pregnancy. BUt he has hung in there. I need to thank him for working so hard, and letting me be a stay at home mom. and helping me make our House a Home. I am  so thankful for him!

*I am greatful for my Cowboy Carter!!! He is such a little man. He loves to help mommy clean, take care of the dogs. And Go hunting with dad.  I dont know a person that doesnt love carter and his HUGE personality. He puts a smile on EVERYONES face. I dont know where I would be without him. I love you Carter.

* I am greatful for another baby boy on the way. And having a healthy pregnancy so far.
We are all so excited for this new member in our family.

* I am greatful for family. My side, and Jasons. And great friends!!!!

This year my brother in law Clayton, got this nice 3 point buck during the rifle hunt.
It was 21 in wide, and about the same tall. Carter is proud of it too!!! Great job Clayton.

I think this picture is so cute of Carter and Tank. Tank is huge, and Carters eyes show just how excited he is about our new puppy.

Here is another picture of Carter at his preschool dance show. It was so nice to be able to get off work early to go watch him. (His costume is the best!)

Last night for my Birthday all I wanted to do was carve pumkins. as you can tell we never really go all out with the carving. just something silly. Mine, and Carters pumkins are on the right. and Jason carved the two on the left. can you tell? HAHA

I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A BULLDOG!!!!!
and my husband finally got one for me on my 25th birthday!

He is such a cute dog. We decided to name him TANK cause that is exactly what he is!!!
I forgot how much i dislike the potty training, and whining/crying during the night. But it will be worth it! Tank will be 5 weeks old on sunday. but he looks much older than that already. i cant wait to see how big he get when he is older.

Carter is so dang cute! He got to dress up today for preschool, and did a little Halloween Dance with his class. It was so fun. Its strange... his teacher says that he is so shy in class. that is so not true for Carter!(i know that all of you can vouch for that! Those of you that see Carter on a regular basis.)

My little brother Landon called me up today and wanted to take Carter duck hunting. Landon is a little jealous of Carters Camo clothes compared to his.

They were gone for maybe 30 minutes and Carter called me freaking out cause the shoot two! He could not wait to come and show me. They are really beautiful ducks. Thanks for taking him Landon!!!

Jason Cousin Bryce shot a great looking elk this last weekend up on the hunting club. the body on this elk was HUGE! I feel bad that I didnt get a good shot of the whole body. Great Job Bryce!

I need to make a post about our dog HOYT. He has passed away within the last couple of weeks. He had followed Carter and our neighbor Kayla across the road, and was hit by a car.(scares my heart, cause it could have been my little man that was hit.) The guy was going way to fast to even pay attention what was going on.

As much as Hoyt drove me crazy, he sure left his mark in my life.

He was such a good dog to Carter and Jason. He would follow Carter around everywhere. He was such a great watch dog. a little too good of one. I need to apologise to all of those that came in contact with him, and his terrifying bark. R.I.P HOYT! WE WILL MISS YOU!
